Do you accept health insurance?
Yes! We offer a 40% discount on our price if you use your health insurance at the lab. Have your insurance card ready during checkout. Please note your insurance may charge additional co-pays. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm coverage and co-pays.
What if I don't have insurance or I don't have coverage?
No problem! Choose our "All costs included" option, pay upfront for your lab tests, we'll order your tests and you go to the lab for testing.
Do I need to speak with a doctor to get testing?
No, our doctors review and approve your lab order form remotely. If you have questions for the doctor you may message them within your account. For non-medical questions please contact support.

What does the "All costs included" option include?
"All costs included" is just as it sounds. The doctor order, lab test costs, a follow-up appointment (if positive), and a prescription sent to your local pharmacy (if treatment is prescribed) are all included.
What does the "I'll use my insurance" option include?
If you are using your insurance then the discounted cost you pay covers the doctor order, a follow-up appointment (if positive), and a prescription sent to your local pharmacy (if treatment is prescribed). Your insurance covers the cost of the lab testing at Quest. Your insurance may charge you a co-pay at the lab. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm coverage and co-pays.
How long does it take to receive lab test results?
Usually 1-3 calendar days after you go to the lab center for testing. We post partial results as they arrive.

If you test positive the doctor immediately requests a free follow-up consult to speak with you about treatment options. During your follow-up consult the doctor may prescribe medication or refer you to a specialist.
